Shipping and Delivery Policy :
We currently do not ship outside India. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 5 to 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Nexacart.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 5 to 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. In most cases, the delivery will happen much before the above deadlines. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (unless specified at the time of order). Nexacart.com is in no responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. All major credit cards are accepted.
Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified during registration. The courier may contact you at the telephone number provided by you at the time of order to arrange delivery. If the item is not delivered because you were not available at the time of delivery, then product will be return to the seller.
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products
Delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. However, Nexacart.com strives to offer FREE DELIVERY on most of it’s products.
Orders and Returns:
However, in case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. If a product has any manufacturing defect during warranty period, the product will be rectified or replaced at no cost to the customer and if reverse pickup cannot be arranged, registered post costs for return will be reimbursed. Shipping reimbursement is restricted to genuine warranty claims. Working products if returned do not qualify for shipping reimbursement.

Nexacart are not available for trial and return. We understand that other vendors may be supplying products which can be tried and returned. These vendors may then recycle the returned products to other customers. Which means that you may also be receiving used and recycled merchandise when buying from such vendors.
Nexacart does not recycle products, hence, we are unable to accept used products back for a refund, immaterial of the reason. All Nexacart products are sold with a replacement warranty, and if there is any warranty issue with the product, they will be replaced promptly. Warranty claim cannot be exchanged for refund or cash gratification of any kind. Warranty claims are limited to replacement with the same product, or a credit voucher worth amount paid if the product cannot be replaced for any reason.
Note that products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are as per description and delivered in working condition. Exchange is at the sole discretion of the Sales Team and can be exercised only under special and genuine circumstances.
In any case, refunds are not possible for items once they are shipped. Products may be replaced or exchanged or a voucher worth purchase value issued if a return is authorized as a very special case.
In case a return for replacement or voucher is authorised, the customer may no longer keep using the product. Any usage of the product post a refund confirmation would void all the customer rights.
The Merchant shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect incurred by the customer towards usage, inability to use or failure of the product. The customer agrees to buy and use the product at his own responsibility and risk and use necessary discretion and care when operating electronic products. The maximum liability of the merchant will be limited to the cost of the product purchased. It is the customers responsibility to use the product correctly and as described, and to consult the merchant in case of any doubt.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
For any replacement, the product needs to be returned first. In case of replacement for transit damage or warranty claim, postage costs will be reimbursed for the return after verification of the claim. Return of the product is mandatory to initiate a claim.
Cancellation Policy :
Nexacart believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Please note following rules under this policy :
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. Same day delivery products are products for which same day delivery is promissed at the time of product purchase. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Nexacart marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Eid, Diwali, Valentine's Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Refund/Replacement Policy :
We take extreme care to when packing and dispatching your items so that they are delivered all the way to you safely.
However, by rare chance, it could be possible that some postal service men made a mistake and you find yourself receiving damaged items. Should such a case occur, we will give you a full refund or a replacement. All we need is photos of:
The parcel that you received
The product that you think have been damaged
Any notice from your local postal service (e.g. an apology note)
Now, sit back and leave it to us. We will assess the case immediately and notify you of the assessment result and the future procedure.

There are several conditions to our refund and replacement policies:
A request for refund or replacement must be made within 7 days after you receive the parcel or within 15 days after the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse.
After the assessment of the case, we may conclude you are ineligible for a refund or replacement.
Claim regarding quality issue of Bollywood Replica products are not eligible for Nexacart Refund / Replacement policy.

The User shall verify the veracity of all information on his/her own before undertaking reliance and acting thereupon. The Merchant shall not be responsible and/or liable for any direct or consequential damages arising on account of the user reliance on the contents of the advertisement and usage of the product/s. Further, the Company shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any third part action which results in the information provided by the User being exposed, misused and/or by such third party who accessed such information without any authorisation from the Company.
